ArtLInks Launch night, 2007

Since November 2005 extensive in-depth research has been  undertaken. This was aimed at assessing the needs among creative practitioners for professional development services in the region. The research involved extensive consultation with creative practitioners and included an Exchange Day, on 6th May 2006, held in the Parade Tower, Kilkenny Castle  and an Artists Working Group, comprising of a range of creative practitioners in various stages of their career.

The findings of the research have informed and shaped ArtLinks. The services ArtLinks provide reflect the valued contribution of creative practitioners throughout the region.

In 2010, ArtLinks undertook to review the ArtLinks programme with a in-depth survey to all its members to help shape the program for members future needs.
